Después de más de 6 horas de caminata por el parque natural de Berchtesgaden, vuelves a la ciudad exhausto, con ganas de descansar y tomar algo calentito.Pues bien, en primera línea de embarcadero, en un lugar inmejorable, se encuentra el café San Marco. Pido un café capuchino y agua. Me lo tomo, me voy recuperando y disfrutando del paisaje (que es sublime) al tiempo que reviso miles de mensajes.Pido la cuenta a una de las asistentes y un "camarero" (¿?) me dice que él me dará la cuenta (todo esto en un inglés pésimo, ya que no sé exactamente qué idioma hablan). Me enseña un dispositivo electrónico en el que aparace la cifra de 8,45 euros. En ese momento le pregunto: ¿Cómo es posible ese pre...
If you're looking for friendly staff, don't bother here. After 35 € for coffee for the whole family, while we waited 6 minutes for our ferry. We went and put our older mother down to whom we were told that she had to move because he can't let her sit when people pay here extra. It's not like he had to wash a coffee cup... It went to the garbage. There were hardly any tables used! The situation is amazing. Hopefully, San Marco is one day operated by people who appreciate customers. 1 star is much to love. Disappoint! Don't go here if you're looking for friendly staff and good service.
My 7-year-old daughter wanted an ice cream from here when we passed. The young woman who served us at the ice cream counter has listened to us so rudely while my daughter decides what ice she wanted. My daughter is 7 years old and she no longer took that 2-3 seconds to decide! This place has to learn what customer service is. It has no! Your company relies on us tourists. The previous two negative reviews are on site. If my daughter wasn't there, I would have made a scene because I was so angry with the staff. Avoid this place at all costs.
Unterwegs mit Kids hat man es am Königssee gar nicht so leicht, wenn man auf dem Weg zum See schon an drei Eisverkäufen vorbei kommt. Wir hatten den Unsren aber statt einem Eis zum mitnehmen einen großen Becher mit Früchten und alles versprochen, den sie sich teilen können, wenn wir am Abend wieder in Berchtesgaden im Hotel sind.Wir wussten nicht, dass es eine so tolle Eisdiele direkt an der Anlegestelle gibt. Daumen hoch! Das Eis war spitze!
Das Cafe San Marco gehört zu den besseren Adressen rund um den Schiffsableger. Das Eiscafé verfügt über ein paar Tische im gepflegten Außenbereich und es gibt kalte Getränke sowie italienische Kaffeespezialitäten. Die Auswahl an Eis ist recht groß, es gibt die handelsüblichen Mischungen. Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden, preislich ist das Ganze eher im oberen Segment angesiedelt.
Not so many cafés in this area opened in January, so we went there for a coffee. The espresso costs 2.90€! A cup of chocolate costs 5,60€! And it comes in a small cup, the quality is not there at all. The waiter is everything, but nice. Dear tourists, do not do the same mistake as we and find another place or are willing to pay much for a bad customer experience
Das Personal war sehr flink, freundlich, hatte sogar trotz des Besucherstroms ein nettes Wort. Der Espresso war wirklich gut, Bierpreise sind sehr hoch, die Eisbecher kann man weiterempfehlen. Im Großen und Ganzen muss man sagen, dass man hier im Nabel des Touristenzentrums sitzt und daher ist es dann ganz in Ordnung.
