Extremely negative experience Came for the yummy looking cakes in the window only when we sat down and ordered they said we can’t have them as they were all reserved. Eventually I said I didn’t want any cake anymore and the waitress who didn’t even apologies didn’t bring me any coffee anymore. Absolutely unacceptable.

During our vist to Fulda stopped at Cafe Thiele. Wow. Thoroughly enjoyeed the food and the hot chocolates and lattes. Staff are excellent and the place welcomes children. There are also private areas if desired. During winter a must place to visit and relax in a little comfort.

We make a point of coming to this destination pastry shop every time we travel in the region. The Kuchen and Torten are just the best with Giovanni Schnitte being my all time favorite. Very friendly staff and a pretty place to sit in the heart of the old town, too. Enjoy!

Super nice staff; gave us recommendations on what to choose. The cake was very tasty and we got a mug of coffee to share (2 people). Coffee was excellent. We were told that a mug was cheaper than ordering 2 cups. According to the kids the ice cream was delicious.

Rated one of the best cafes in Germany in 2014. Having eaten two pastries at one sitting, I can see why!
