This restaurant provides the worst service I have ever experienced. No one seems to care or show respect towards customers. I would recommend avoiding ordering from here and being cautious of what you are given. Despite giving them the benefit of the doubt initially, they continued to make the same errors multiple times, even after I brought it to their attention. It seems that they do not understand the difference between cold and hot, or that bacon is not a vegetable. Despite their request for me to contact them, I have already done so multiple times without any resolution. I have decided not to waste any more time with this establishment and feel it is important to warn others about my ex...
I ordered 4 items and all 4 were problematic. The Strawberry Kiwi tropical tea had expired ingredients and tasted of mold. The croque matin on croissant with bacon and Swiss cheese was served with ham instead of bacon and without cheese. The tomato and pepper cream came with barley and meatballs instead. The cheese and carrot cake I received was actually a dulce delece. Additionally, the butter cups were placed on top of the hot soup, causing them to melt and drip all over the bag. This was the worst disappointment and worst order of my life, and I will never order from there again.
It's not that the atmosphere wasn't good since it was going to close at 3 p.m.... but it's just that my friend and I are not from the area and when we arrived we thought we were going to have a drink quiet at a table and we didn't know it was going to close so we sit down and a few minutes later we are told that we have to leave .. we would still have liked to know when we arrived ..
