5 stars we like to forgive.Yesterday we have taken our first bigger bike tour with a bright sunshine. We are happy to drive with the wheels from Fulda to slit and back to Großenlüder. At 2:30 p.m. we arrived in slit and in search of a beautiful seat in a street café or the like we came past the front castle. If we are often in a slot, Café Vorderburg has never noticed what we regret after our experience yesterday. We have been warmly welcomed, only after a research today we know that we were received and served directly by the owner Brit Gräfin to Solms-Laubach. The hotel is well maintained and has very nice and clean rooms. The boss is very nice and she wasn't too much. My eBike could certainly be locked away, so I didn't have to worry. The breakfast buffet has a wide choice. I didn't miss anything. There is no dinner there, I don't find it bad, as there are 3 restaurants nearby (about 250m). I'd book there again.
We spent a night in the hotel with ten people and three dogs. It was all for our satisfaction and in the morning the breakfast super great The Countess and the staff are very courteous and friendly. If we get back to the slot we like to come back.
It is a great hotel, owner running, clocked, centrally located. The staff is very nice and polite. The wishes are fulfilled and possible. I can only recommend the hotel. Solutions for forgotten cables are also found quickly and unbureaucraticly.

Very nice ambience, delicious cakes and nice service. We were there with a group of 3 toddlers. We immediately got children's chairs and a changing table is also available. Very recommended.
Sufficient free parking. Spacious double room with very large bathroom and walk-in large shower. Beautiful location and beautiful views, very friendly staff.
It was a great stay all voted. An outstanding breakfast buffet. The hostess was very friendly .The rooms clean good beds. Come back!
Nice coffee in the old Förderburg in slit.There is also a good hotel in the same building.
