When I went to Zupas, it was just a salad place. It was very good, but only another restaurant. I'm going to a life. Most of you will understand what I say. The second time it was better than the first time. It is not that the first time was bad it was just this time it is better, and after about the sixth time to go there it is now a dependency. The south-western chip shell is my favorite. The roasted red pepper lobster bisque is probably my favorite of lobster bisque. I lived in Florida for eight years, I know what is good lobster bisque. Nick,Janet and the rest of the crew are absolutely amazing. Customer relationships are top notch. Thank you for excellence in what you do.
The try 2 combo is great I'll usually get a bowl soup and it's very filling! Ingredients taste fresh. Love that they have a ton of dressings and customization options to really make it your own. My go to currently is their mushroom bisque and customized southwest bowl without meat. Sidenote: it comes with a chocolate covered strawberry and bread : Their online ordering is also super easy to use! Love having easily accessible, healthy food options!
Cafe Zupas (Southdale Square location) is my favorite restaurant, hands down. I don't eat fast, just my delicious and healthy salad/soup from Zupas. I call it my happy place and probably visit three times a week. Nick, Janet and the crew feel like home away from home. You go the extra mile, so I always go with a smile. Thank you. I love you.
They are handling the lunch rush exceptionally well. It seems like they are fully staffed, and the friendly employees work as quickly as they can. Even with the line, I was served in under five minutes. In my opinion, this is the best quick-service tomato soup and grilled cheese around.

Great soup salad and sandwich shop. We all have our favorites here but my go to is the nuts about berries salad. For sandwiches I usually go for brisket or pulled pork and for soup you can't go wrong with the cauliflower bisque but the lobster bisque is a nice alternative sometimes.
They are crushing that lunch hour rush. Fully Staffed as far as customers can tell, friendly employees working as fast as humanly possible and despite the line I was out in less than 5 minutes. This is the superior quick service tomato soup and grilled cheese in my opinion.
I was in town for an event and decided to order lunch to my hotel via Uber Eats. I had the soup and salad combo and truly enjoyed the soup, which I had first with my roll. The salad looked appealing, but my first bite revealed a piece of hair in it—what a disappointment.
I really love this place, but unfortunately, my sandwich was missing from my order. Instead of receiving my sandwich, I was offered a refund, which I’ll have to wait a few days to receive.
