I never complain or leave bad reviews, it really takes a lot for me to complain, but my experience was extremely frustrating. I ordered on the mobile app and my order was cancelled but I wasn 't notified. When I got there I wasn 't greeted for over 15 minutes. Then they ignored me and said they couldn 't find my order and just walked away. So I reordered and asked them if they could help rush the order and then I waited for another 40+ minutes for my order. When I asked about it, I was told yeah we 're backed up and then she just walked away. It would have been 50x faster to just stand in line. Horrible service and organization. Excellent food, great selection a lot of healthy options. I order the try 2 combo and it doesn't matter what sandwich, salad or soup I have tried they are all excellent. I LOVE Zupas, but the Farmington location was absolutely DISGUSTING! When we walked in, every table in front was full of trash and they weren’t busy. I just read reviews from a couple weeks ago, and three months ago, where the owners commented on a bad review, however, they apparently didn’t care to do anything about the filth. I wish I would have had my phone and took pictures. I’ve never seen anything this bad. I didn’t finish my meal because it made me physically sick, thinking about the kitchen and what it must look like. Won’t ever be stopping there again. We visit this location frequently as we don’t have a location in SE Idaho. Went there 11/2 and food was great. Tables were available, but all were dirty. Cleaned off our own table and ate from trays. After eating, used the bathroom and shocked that it was very dirty—long term dirty. Metal doors were not only filthy, but also very dusty. Floors had clearly not been cleaned for a very long time. Really a bad impression and makes me question the cleanliness of the food prep area. I don’t write google reviews often but this was one of the most unsanitary Zupas locations that I have ever been to. The floors, tables, and serving areas were absolutely disgusting. The staff messed up both of our orders. They also made my order for dine in and my mom’s for take out (didn’t even ask us). By the time we sat down, our soup and sandwich’s were both cold to the point where we didn’t even want to finish our food. This place has definitely gone downhill. Absolutely LOVE Cafe Zupas!!! Their food is super good. It 's a little pricy but absolutely worth it! I love the atmosphere at Cafe Zupas and their whole in-house vibe. Their restaurant just feels very modern but refreshing. And the last time I went to the Woods Cross location I was very happy about the music playlist. They are so bad at having pickups ready on time currently. Holy cow. They told me that my order was being started, then fifteen minutes later I asked about it and it hadn't even been started.
