I have been twice to this small restaurant in a little village set among the vines above Sierre in the Valais canton of Switzerland and can really recommend it to all meat lovers, in particular to those who like steak tartare. They have a special recipe for making it and it is truly excellent. The portions are big because you are served the tartare twice, and it can be accompanied with fantastic fries or other side dishes. The wine list is also very good with some excellent local red varieties difficult to find outside the region.
