Cafeteria La Ria - Réserver une table

We stayed the night in Escalante after sailing into Santander. There are surprisingly a number of bars/restaurants in this small village. We visited 2 before deciding to eat here. It didn’t look the best but we didn’t find the service in the others friendly.(Yes, we do speak Spanish) We enjoyed a selection of tapas and very nice gin and tonics. We enjoyed it so much that we went back the next morning for breakfast. Fresh orange juice, coffee or tea, choose a freshly filled roll from a good selection and a pastry. All for 3€. Fuimos a cenar. Tardaron muchísimo en servirnos y no había tanta gente. Calidad vaya, no sabían que comandas eran para cada mesa, creo que pq había trabajadores nuevos... cierto es que nos regalaron unas patatas a modo de disculpa por la tardanza. Le daremos otra oportunidad. Cómida calidad media
