Lugar emblemático para mí que tuve el honor de visitar por primera vez en 2009 y desde entonces casa vez que voy a Almansa es de obligada visita, yo nací en Almansa pero vivo en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria isla de Gran Canaria, Miguel al frente no defrauda con su trato y atención al igual que el resto del equipo. En mayo estuve todo el mes y comí 4 o 5 veces, tanto en mesa como en su barra que tiene su encanto. Totalmente recomendable. We ate an impressive manchego gazpacho. squid and sepia tapas. correct amounts and very good flavor. also very good treatment and good decoration of the site. very clean and very professional waiters. Of course we'll be back. very satisfied of everything.
