Popped in for lunch just a bite to eat! Very pleasant staff at the counter where we ordered. The trouble was that my toasted sandwich that I had ordered was soggy because it had not been toasted correctly. please see the attached photo).I approached a member of staff said my snack was certainly NOT as described. She asked if I wanted it re toasted.......no apology..... yes, please, of course I replied. It was taken away pretty quickly returned.We were in a hurry otherwise I would have normally asked to speak to a Manager to point out my dissatisfaction.Frankly good managers should be aware of what is happening in their 'eatery ' then apologise assure us that this will not happen again, shoul...
A very clean local eaterie. Tables were cleared promptly by the team, Helpful, polite staff and a really extensive menu. We were spoilt for choice. Food was served promptly, arrived piping hot, was beautifully presented and of a good portion size on clean crockery. Best of all was the coffee really fabulous, not full of milky froth, a decent sized cup of coffee, served hot. Well done to all at Panini Brothers, Dockside Outlet, Chatham. Stated was that it was freshly made paninis, expecting it to be made when you order, that was not the case, they were already made and in packaging, as my partner couldn't eat one as they all had mayonnaise in them. Chips were rock solid not even my 2 year old child would eat them and he loves chips. Wouldnt bother coming here again, especially when false advertising about having fresh food is involved.
Panini Brothers is on the upper level of the Chatham outlet centre. We went one weekend in October and it was quite busy if you come at the wrong time there can be a wait for a table. You order from a wide range of panini at the counter and it is served to your table. The quality if the food is good service friendly but slow.

The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. We stopped in for a bite to eat and a drink while at Dockside. It's a nice coffee shop that offers a break from the crowds of shoppers. The staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place. I even took a card for a catering order in the future.
Partner and I stopped at this place to grab a quick bite. I ordered mozzarella tomato panini, he had tuna panini. While the service was lovely the food tasted extremely bland and was just not good. Would not recommend getting any sandwiches.
We go here at least once a week. great coffee and cake. They keep it very clean and spacious for guests. Staff are always happy to help. You pick a table then order and they bring the drinks to the table. No faf great service.
The coffee was very good, but the breakfast panini was awful. Nothing was fresh, the sausage and bacon were hard and dry. I didn't understand why it came with a side salad, which also was not fresh.

The staff is friendly, the food is delicious with a good selection including vegan options, the atmosphere is nice, there is a kids area...overall, it's a wonderful cafe with great value for money!
