Mario Stephanie are absolutely amazing! We drive into the city just to have the delightful experience and food. They are true gems! I have celiac, Mario cooks me up wonderful gluten free pasta and I love the clams appetizer. My husband loves both the lamb special and the seafood black ink pasta dish. And the Scarpone Montepulciano is excellent! At the end of your meal you’ll be treated with a shot of limoncello to cleanse your palate and feel appreciated that you visited. Enjoy!
We had a wonderful dinner last night at Caffe Macaroni, the owners are very welcoming and the food was delicious. I had the pappardelle with wild boar, it melted in my mouth, and for dessert we had their yummy limoncello cake and a shot of limoncello! I highly recommend this restaurant, make sure you make a reservation!!!!
I had the best panna cotta of my life tonight! We had such a special dinner, every dish was delicious, perfectly al dente pasta, moist and flaky sole, the freshest heirloom tomatoes in the insalata di caprese, cozy and authentic environment…I will be back!!
The owner and his wife were extremely nice. We ordered the calamari starter and the seafood linguini amongst other things which were delicious. Nice place to sit in the sunshine and enjoy a drink or a meal. Réservez une table maintenant

Mario always takes good care of his patrons. The food is delicious and the house Sangiovese was quite nice. You could spend a lot more for a lot less.
