Caffe Nero - Réserver une table

Despite its overall 4 out of 5 rating, recent reviews of this place have been mostly 1 out of 5, and it's easy to understand why. Caffè Nero used to be my favorite high street coffee chain, so it's disappointing to see its rapid decline over the past year. Customer reviews once regularly gave it 4 and 5-star ratings, but now it has become quite shabby. The staff seem to have a lackadaisical attitude, with some even wearing scruffy clothing. The seats are dirty, tables take a long time to be cleared, and there are knotted bin bags and mop buckets left out in the shop. I've even had drinks served in dirty mugs. As a regular in this Nero, I have seen a few staff changed over the years, but it must be said that since Emma has taken over as store manager the store is impeccable. The service is fantastic, the shop is spotlessly clean and the coffee is perfect and beautifully made. She always makes an effort with the customers and gets to know all the regulars, and even if you're not a regular she does her best to make you feel welcome and have a pleasant experience and it would seem the same is rubbing off on the new recruits too which is good to see. The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The vibes are very relaxed and enjoyable. However, there was an incident where I went to the restroom and my coffee was mistakenly taken. Other than that, everything was great.

Popped in rather than going to the same old costa and I had forgotten how enjoyable Caffe Nero was. It was clean, the staff were friendly and we were served quite quickly. Its a worth popping into those shops you dont always think going into, you may just be surprised!

first I would like to say how friendly and efficient the staff is, the drinks taste nice, but I must say that apart from the dog guides they should not be allowed, it is simply not very hygienic we are eating and drinks are prepared

Been coming here for years,it's dramatically gone down hill now the place needs a good clean dirty cups left on tables.Floor and tables grubby.The staff very slow can wait upto 15 minutes for a cuppa even on slack days.
