Caffe Nero - Réservation de table

I was visiting towards April, 2022. They were the only coffee shop to open early on a Sunday. Had a lovely Americano, in a lovely coffee shop. The chap serving was very polite and helpful. Nice to hear some classical music playing gently in the background. So tired of all the pop that is often jarring. Nice to see the dogs are allowed in. Man's been living and eating with his dogs for thousands of years it's how it should be. Dog called Mildred was lovely and well behaved.

Have visited this cafe for several years without a problem but on our last Saturday visit things weren't good. My wife's Hot Chocolate was luke warm and my Cappuccino, well was it? A quarter cup, if that, of Espresso and the rest was milk froth. Indeed, I'm sure I glimpsed the server apparently spooning the froth to top up the cup, there was clearly little or no milk added. Am annoyed now that I didn't complain at the time. However, will now hesitate to visit again.

Really good service , the 2 ladies behind the counter were obviously busy and stressed, but I felt very pleased with how I was treated. We have a small dog, and that was welcomed. Sadly for Costa a few doors away they didn’t allow dogs in, so Cafe Nero had our money. Thanks for the bowl of water! Nice and relaxing place to have a drink and savoury snacks. Good value, great staff. Well done!

We sat upstairs which was dirty. We sat by a bay window which looked out across the shops which was nice but the bay window had bits of food which had clearly been there for days, the walls were filthy and paint peeling on the windows. Disappointing as I expected more from a Cafe Nero Réservez une table maintenant

Not a very exceptional menu at all for a person with dietary issues which that is gluten intolerance which has coeliac they don't have any thing glutenfree there are a lot people who are coeliac and they should expand and cater for gluten intolerance people with coeliac disease

Filthy!!! Dogs allowed on seats...theyre never cleaned. Dogs drinking water from customers drinking glasses....!, not stopped. Everything you seeis grubby so worry about cleanliness of kitchen etc. Do staff even have food hygiene certificates???if so why isnt this improved?

So lovely to find a dog friendly cafe in Tunbridge Wells. Unfortunately the toilet (there was only 1 and it was the disabled one) was filthy, broken soap dispenser, no soap, loo roll all over the floor and dirty sink. Disappointing for Tunbridge Wells.

Staying in nearby Glastonbury for a weekend, I came to Wells a few times to visit Wells Cathedral, The Bishops Palace and Vicars' Close. Caffe Nero was my choice for coffee breaks. Staff are quick and nice to talk too. Mocha was great every time. Réservez une table maintenant

The two female staff members were welcoming and very helpful. The coffee (flat white) was excellent and so was the focaccia. Plenty of seats to choose from on my early visit and the gentle music playing in the background was very relaxing.

Love this Nero. Manager is great and Coffee always good. We stop here every dog walk and we are never disappointed.
