So here is the thing ... cafe Nero makes the perfect American every time wherever you go. That's important of you srink your regular americano without milk like me. And a order thing ... order a vegan sausage roll and they don't just zapp it in the microwave .. no ... they make it crisp in the toasters well. Other café s could learn from Nero, I try Costa, Starbucks but they regularly disappoint. Nero in the buttermarket Bury st Edmunds care... thanks guys.
We stopped at this restaurant for a quick coffee and to use the restroom, but I regretted my decision immediately. The toilets were extremely dirty, with a sticky wet floor that suggested a leaking pipe. The rest of the cafe was no better, with dirty, stained chairs and tables that looked like they had never been cleaned. Despite the nice staff, I would not recommend dining here.
Stopped here for a break in my morning walk and found the coffee very good and they had good dietary options. The selection of pastries was ok too. The only thing being a foreigner I could connect to the internet and did not get much help either that
The staff are wonderful, and make you very welcome. It has great ambience. I go there twice a week, and enjoy every minute. It feels safe, and most of all, you are made to feel a welcome and valued customer. Réservez une table maintenant
I originally came in for a quick coffee but ended up staying longer than planned because the atmosphere was so relaxing. The comfy chairs, good coffee, and great service made it a wonderful experience.
Great customer service. Spilt my tray of drinks and made a massive mess. They came to check we were okay, made us new drinks and tidied up the whole thing whilst being very nice about it.
Only had hot chocolate there, but its beautiful.The cakes look lovely but a bit expensive. Its always busy. Its the only hot chocolate my daughter will have.
Wonderful cafe with friendly staff. Loved the complimentary weekly coffee with my O2 membership. The caramel slice was delicious. Highly recommend. Réservez une table maintenant
We always like Cafe Nero establishments for the coffee and the Pain-au-Raisn and this one was good for both and the service was quick.
