A typical Caffe Nero and the coffee and food is decent quality. My main criticisms are the customers who take the best window seats and stay there working on laptops and reading newspapers long after they have finished their drinks. The staff really should try to prevent this for the benefit of all their other paying customers.
I recently visited this cafe and was dismayed to find that it was dirty, run-down, and had a strong odor of dirt. I don't understand why this place is so busy; I can only assume it's due to its location rather than its atmosphere or interior. Nero, you need to improve your standards. It's an absolute disgrace.
I enjoy a flat white n brownie dipped by nero’s .so, while in preston young lady serviving here is a loan to the coffee chain .great and fast service. seems a lot of regular and she knows exactly what they want. this is nice to see also creates a very warm and friendly atmosphere
Lovely coffee, always been my favourite, ofcourse it depends on the store and who has made it. Friargate Nero is much better than fishergate, the staff too. Luke is amazing, Lewis always friendly and up for a laugh. New manager seems to know what she's doing too which helps Réservez une table maintenant
We went in to get takeaway coffee, we had planned on having something to eat , but the staff were so slow , we just had the coffee.The station were the sugar was , needed re filling , we had to ask at the counter. Shame the place looked lovely , but service was so slow.
The restaurant is dirty and in need of investment. The upstairs area is closed. Despite attracting many customers, the place is in poor condition. It desperately needs to be decorated and refurbished. The pandemic is over, so it's time to make improvements.
The service at this restaurant is lacking cleanliness, adequate staffing, and charm. Although I enjoy the coffee, I will not be returning due to the unclean floor, undercooked pastries, and unappealing ambiance.
Coffee is good, seats are threadbare but comfortable. Unfortunately sat upstairs, everytime a member of staff use the staff only door, we had minor heart attacks because the door slams so loud. Not good. Réservez une table maintenant
Its ok as corporate coffee goes.. Busy, staff a bit unfriendly and under pressure. Probably better to cross road to Patisserie Valerie.
