Every time I visit my daughter in Kidderminster we take coffee and cake at Caffe Nero, and for the last few times I wonder when the owner will start to do some referb. My recent visit in October I couldn´t even sit in one of the window seats as it smelt of urine ... I told the Manager and she didn´t seem at all concerned but went over and just sprayed and wiped the seat. Quite honestly every table and chair needs a jolly good clean as they all look very shabby and dirty. The toilet is also very smelly and dirty. The coffee is lovely but dont forget that it is very important to be able to sit in an environment where you can enjoy it too! Coffee #1 just around the corner has a much nicer feeli...
This is by far the best coffee in the town but what's with all the dogs?!!! They always seem to be in there just lately. It never used to be like that. Dogs shouldn't be allowed near a place serving drinks food. We even saw one with it's paws on the table! Very unhygienic to say the least. The last comment about the barista touching one is very concerning. Also I overheard another barista saying he'd just had his nicotine fix. They serve second hand smoke too? Will seriously consider going elsewhere which is a shame because the place, coffee girls are great.
The tables were disgustingly dirty. The best one I could find had coffee stains of different levels of dryness, indicating it hadn't been cleaned between several customers. The table next to mine was covered in spilled drinks and food crumbs. I waited for 15 minutes and no one came out to clear or clean the tables. When I got home, I noticed sticky, milky coffee stains on the back of my skirt from the seat. If this is the state of cleanliness in the front of the house, I can't imagine what it's like behind the scenes.
Has been badly in need of a refurbishment for many years now, but people still go because coffee is good. All the staff are friendly and helpful except for one female member of staff who is always rude and surly. Perhaps she is more suited to a role where she is not customer facing. She lets the place, and her colleagues down. Hope the place gets that much needed refurbishment soon. Réservez une table maintenant
I visit neros in Kidderminster most days , coffee is always spot on and food good , the coffee bar is badly in need of a refurb but the friendly staff make up for this , great bunch of guys and girls , Neros bosses hope you see this and give these guys a refurb , your business will surly be the best in the town then .
Cafe Nero in kidderminster is desperately in need if a referb, very shabby and dark and the toilet was quite honestly a disgrace.On saying that the cake was delicious and coffee good the staff were very friendly .Won't be visiting again for a while there are more pleasant cafes to use .
There didn't appear to be any COVID precautions in place at this restaurant. None of the staff were wearing masks (I understand that some people may be exempt, but all of them?). I only ended up here because Costa was full. I won't be coming back. I would rather dine somewhere else.
