This place is undoubtedly cool, but there's almost always an outlandishly long wait like 10 15 minutes just to order and another 10 to get your order if it involves a specialty drink. The main problem is that they're chronically understaffed, often with two people behind the counter during peak hours, one making drinks and the other running the register AND preparing food.
