I really wish I could give this coffee shop more than 2 stars, and honestly, I'm being generous. I had the worst latte I’ve ever tasted; the espresso was quite bad, and I ended up pouring it out. My husband described his coffee as weak. While the shop itself was charming and offered a variety of Italian merchandise for sale, it severely lacked in coffee expertise. Overall rating for food: 1.
My experience at caffè pronto in Chicago O'Hare airport was a pleasant start to my day. This café has a European vibe, with soccer playing on the TV instead of American football. The cappuccino was perfectly made and they had fresh croissants available. Instead of braving the cold outside, we enjoyed our coffee indoors in the cozy atmosphere that the staff recommended.
I stopped by to get coffee on my way out of town. The women who took my order and made my coffee were fantastic. They made me feel right at home and we had a great conversation. I begin my mornings at this fantastic café, and I always stop by on my way home to grab some delicious desserts. The customer service is outstanding; you're welcomed as you arrive and thanked as you leave. I highly recommend it! Parking is excellent—convenient and safe throughout the day. I stumbled upon this lovely Italian cafe for a coffee and sandwich. The service was outstanding! They took great care of us. The food was delicious! Overall, if I could, I would give this place 10 stars! I highly recommend it.
