Caffissimo Mt Lawley

My favourite breakfast haunt, been every Friday now for 3 months and their menu has never let me down. Great service with a real friendly crew of people running the show. This morning with my usual Mocha went on recommendation for the Cuban Brekkie Poached eggs, Spanish chorizo, mixed beans, pulled pork shoulder with pancetta. Topped with condiments from the table such as Tabasco and HP sauce, It might sound a little heavy but i can guarantee it was delicious. I walked in from the drizzling rain this morning feeling damp and gloomy, I left feeling warm and content.

Stopped in here for the first time late today (Sat 23/4) for a quick snack. The atmosphere is really warming and comfortable. Warm apple pie and a lime tart were on the menu, so that was an easy decision! The cakes were delicious, but honestly, the two girls behind the counter were lovely and very accommodating which really topped off our time there. We'll definitely be back!

Caffissimo is a small cafe located on Beaufort Street in Mount Lawley. It is east to blend in with number of cafes in Mount Lawley but this one still manages to stick out on a street corner with outdoor seating. We arrived for a late breakfast around 12.15pm on a Saturday afternoon,picked up a menu and grabbed a table for two indoors as it was quite a chilly afternoon.

The service is excellent, the coffee is fantastic, and the food gets better with each visit. The staff is very helpful, and the menu stands out from the typical offerings found in Mount Lawley. The decor is simple, but it more than compensates for the prices and a sense of care. Réservez une table maintenant

This charming little corner café is situated in a fantastic location. While the coffee and food are average and don't particularly stand out compared to other cafes, the staff are well-trained and the café is well-presented. Overall, it's a decent spot!

Aesthetically not Toorak but who cares wow what great food, service and coffee. Brilliant tasty fresh produce. Simple things like excellent olive oil. Coffee rich and full of choc flavour. Best of all a Melbourne prices in Perth!

Come to Caffissimo very oftenfor breakfast. We like the way the food is presented, the excellent service , and the friendliness of all the staff. They really know what service is all about. Good choices for all day breakfast.

This is a fantastic spot for breakfast! The staff is very friendly, and the food is excellent. I had scrambled eggs with bacon and added mushrooms, which were incredibly flavorful. I definitely plan to return! Réservez une table maintenant

Good service and atmosphere. Coffee was great. Ordered the avocado but was disappointed with the portion size, tasted great though just needed more.

come to this place quite often, simply best broke, great location, service a food menu is simply a delicious. also reasonable prices
