Finally, Cake Cult has opened a new location at Hackney Bridge, just over six months after its debut. We’ve been fans of their cakes since they went by the name Vegan Delice, and they frequently appeared at the Hackney Downs Vegan Market. The menu isn’t limited to just cakes; they also offer an array of savory items, such as spiced gozleme, focaccia (which makes for fantastic sandwiches with their "I Am Not OK" cheese), and wonderful milkshakes. Finally made it to Cake Cult’s new spot at Hackney Bridge, just over half a year after they opened. We’ve been fans of their cakes since they went by the name, Vegan Delice, and they were regulars at the Hackney Downs vegan market. Cakes are not the only delights on the menu they also sell savouries… sausage rolls, gozleme, focaccia (which they turn into great looking sandwiches using I Am Nut Okay cheese), and also fantastic milkshakes. I had the rocky road, and it was absolutely fantastic! It's a charming little pink spot that offers a variety of delicious sweets, along with sandwiches and other items. The prices were reasonable considering the quality—nothing was too pricey. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

cult cake is very small (they would fight to fit more than 3 or 4 customers here) and the selection is not the largest, but what they have is really delicious! we went for the marshmallow white chocolate cookie and the rocky street and they were both so good – really rich and revered! We ordered a cookie with jam and a delicious toffee croissant scroll, both of which were fantastic! The owner has a wonderful deal—only 5 pounds for a coffee and cake! She's also incredibly friendly. I'm really glad I decided to stop by. Updated from my previous review on 2024-03-05.

This place is absolutely delightful! The owner is wonderful, and the selection of treats is outstanding! It was tough to choose which ones to sample. Everything was delicious! They also have a great cake and coffee deal.

Lovely little shop with interesting options vegan baked goods. I had the rocky road dessert, which was really delicious but a little bit dry. Overall, I gave this place 4 1 2 stars.
