I would give this place five stars because its been our favorite since we moved to pickerington. But I have to leave 3 today because of a terrible customer service experience I just had. We come here almost every day spending $15 30 depending if we have lunch or not. So needless to say we are loyal regular customers. My husband ordered my drink he knows it is oat milk and it came with regular milk. The order went in as regular milk. I said it's possible he said it wrong or quietly or whatever (I was trying to be nice because I knew he ordered it correctly) but they heard it wrong and were so slammed it got done wrong. I did walk in the online order area. I believe your suppose to walk to the front of what looks like a updated yellow house, situated in downtown pickerington. The people are very friendly. An the coffee drinks are made fresh and quickly. I will say that the place area is not that big. However it's never been a problem, I've always found a spot! If your looking for a small,down home, independent coffee place this is your place!

No place to sit. After 2 years of no seating due to Covid this coffee shop still persists on keeping their seating closed. I met a person here who was facing some mental health issues and we had to sit on the floor for 40 minutes and were ultimately kicked out, claiming the health dept would shut them down. If you want a nice coffee shop that offers a common place to meet with people and socialize, don't go to Porters!

Porters Coffee is always a great experience. Whether you order online for pickup or stop by, the service is friendly and quick with excellent coffee and bakery items.
