We were visiting in Los Angeles, and I called for takeout. I ordered a rotisserie chicken, roasted potatoes, and fruit salad. I even got a small soup for my husband. We are a family of four, and we had plenty to eat. The food was delicious and it was ready very quickly. I called them, walked around the block, and it was packed and ready. This particular location only does takeout. I wish we had these in San Diego!
Everything I’ve tried here is awesome. Everything is healthy and clean. I love the combo (Melrose) wrap, the mashed potatoes and gravy, their California chicken salad and the broccoli pasta salad are my favs. Tried their half chicken tonight. It was juicy and delicious. Their sauces are made in house as well.I really hope they open their dining area up.
The staff seem completely unmotivated, moving at an excruciatingly slow pace. It feels like they’ve just taken a sedative, as they shuffle around without any sense of urgency to serve customers efficiently. I've experienced them walking right past me while I was waiting. Additionally, they are discourteous to the delivery personnel.
What happened to hospitality. They don't let you go inside to eat. They don't let you sit in the shade to wait for your order. They have no paper menus. They don't take cash. You get a plate full of lettuce with some stuff on it for $14.00. Not a good value and not a fun experience. Réservez une table maintenant
Found a 1” chicken bone in my wrap, unfortunately not until after I had bitten down onto it and cut my gums. After reaching out to them via email I’ve been ignored, even with three follow up emails. They don’t seem to take food safety seriously, so I guess just chew slowly?
Only take out is possible here.The portion is huge!Ingredients are really fresh!The price includes taxes already!Such a great food for the price and portion!
My food was out but clerk doesn't know how to check. Waited 15 minutes to find my food is sitting at bottom rack near front..
