Initially, the service was a little slow. It was late on a rainy Tuesday night, and we had to wait for a bit to be seated, so not the best start to a meal. The girl who served us though was super nice. Very helpful when my friend asked for a specific cocktail. Food was good. Appetizer was great. The BBQ chicken pizza had a little too much sauce and not enough by way of topping. I think CPK probably need to do more to help their front staff manage time and priorities.
We have tried this restaurant twice, and have had a poor experience both times. We really like the food, but have waited 10—15 minutes both times before being greeted by a server. The first time, the restaurant was busy, so it was a little more understandable, but today, we were the only table in the restaurant and STILL waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Don’t go if you’re on any kind of time crunch!
Food was not good at all. The waitress was nice but definitely not worth the money. Long wait on everything due to short staffed in the kitchen (what waitress told us). Spinach dip had to be sent back because it was cold. Out of 94.00, the only good thing was the drinks! Would not recommend.
Pretty good good food, you May have to wait to be seated but you get to watch them make your pizza it's not hidden from view. The restaurant is surrounded with glass so you can see the Mall patrons as they Walk by. You get Booth or table seating good atmosphere Réservez une table maintenant
First time here. Food and atmosphere were great, restaurant was clean, but the service could have been better. After being seated, we had to go find a server after waiting 15 minutes for someone to take our order.
This place has amazing food but we waited 2hours for our food so mad they also kept saying they would cheak our order but they did not. We only ordered 1 pizza but it took so long.
Horrible experience don’t recommend. I waited for 45 minutes and the place barely had customers. I literally only came for drinks.
Our server, Kani, was excellent. Very warm and efficient. Loved the pizza she recommended and the butter cake! Réservez une table maintenant
