California Pizza Kitchen Tarzana Priority Seating

We went on Valentines Day, and their service and food was amazing! Our server Tania is a wonderful human being! She was so attentive and her hospitality skills are just what we need more of in this world. I’m so glad we decided to have dinner there, since my husband and I normally avoid eating out on busy days like Valentines Day. Thank you to the manager as well for being kind. We order takeout from this location at least once a month, and they have never messed up an order. I’m happy with this CPK location and their staff! Keep up the great work!

My husband stopped by to order a pizza with pineapple and mushrooms, but they completely messed up our order and gave us one with corn, onions, and broccoli instead! When we tried calling to notify them, we spent over 30 minutes on the phone. After explaining the situation, they put us on hold and never came back! It's disappointing to see such poor management. They made a mistake and didn't even provide good customer service. They kept hanging up the phone on us!

From waiting to be seated too long. Until my wife complained to the manager. While employees stood around to a 1/3 filled restaurant , The food was horrible. flavor, undercooked, stale wilted ..etc) it was all bad… I have eating at CPK since my kids where little, they are grown now. This was an all time low. I can see why business are closing nowadays. If this all you have to offer, I hope you close your doors to. We will all be better off!

The restaurant is severely understaffed, leading to poor service. I've visited this location often, and I've noticed that the service has only deteriorated over time. I kept hoping it would improve, but they seem unwilling to hire enough staff. It's frustrating to see so many empty tables while waiting for a long time to be served. Réservez une table maintenant

Pricing is to High. The Salmon is not worth the price. It was dry and over cooked with no flavor. The cauliflower pizza crust is not the kind I expected. There are two ways of making it. They make the doughy kind not the thin crust kind with cauliflower flour and cheese. Their Carne Asada pizza was also a disappoinment.

THE WORST service ever. The girls upfront were so unwilling to help, made us wait 20 minutes when half the restaurant was empty. No supervision by manager, can't believe they are still in business. Do not go to this place, you will regret it.

Lovely place and okay food Son enjoyed his pizza But the service, OMG what a disappointment. Even my 11yr old son noticed how badly it was. Hate to say it never going back this branch ever again. Oh I tipped 25% just FYI

I visit this restaurant frequently for work, and it’s usually quite good. However, during my last visit, I noticed that the food portion was only two-thirds of what it used to be, and the service was lacking. Réservez une table maintenant

They changed the delicious rib eye for a hamburger. We were so disappointed that was our favorite plate. Hope not for so long. P. Butter cake is amazing

Good food. Only one waitress for many tables. She was on top of it but struggling to keep up w crowd. Gave her a hefty tip. Parking is easy.
