We popped in and asked for a table for an hour later, and they said that was fine. When we arrived, the service was friendly. However, we noticed that the menu prices were higher than what we're accustomed to, so we ended up ordering less than usual. The drinks arrived quickly, and we were pleasantly surprised by the food. It was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We could really taste the various spices, and both the chicken and lamb were lovely. The naan breads were wonderfully flat and crispy, easily the best we've had in a long time. Although there were only two onion bhajis in the portion, they were perfectly crispy. I would give this place six stars if I could! We placed a late pickup order and completely missed the restaurant’s call checking in on our order. When we arrived, the team had just started preparing our food, resulting in only a five-minute wait—but it was worth it for the freshness. They even generously offered us free pilau rice since we hadn’t included it in our order, just to make sure we didn’t miss out on it (even though we didn’t need it). To top it all off, the food was absolutely delicious. We experienced amazing service from Camberley Tandoori late at night. We’ll definitely return if we’re in the area again!
Super disappointing take away from Camberley Tandoori. We’ve ordered from them several times since moving here in 2016. Food arrived cold, Naan was stale AND the Tika King prawn was so over seasoned and tough, it went into the waste bin. This after paying £35. Won’t be ordering from them again.
