Lugar especial , regentado x gente especial. Una delicia . Sin ostentación, el restaurante es amplio y comodo con decoracion singular donde todo tiene un “x que”. Las reservas de las mesas se hace escalonada para no hacer esperar y que todo tenga su ritmo , muy bien llevado a cabo x cierto. Menu degustacion que el cliente no sabe hasta el q no esta alli , ya q los productos utilizados son de mercado , de calidad y segun los precios de lonjas etc. Menu de 35€ con 5 entrantes maravillosos y un arroz riquisimo de principal. Sabores y texturas diferente y especiales , trato diferente y especial y bodega corta y sin muchas opciones pero todo rico , este detalle a mi me gusta , podrian tener grand...
Ha sido Una experiencia única, con calidad en el producto, imaginación en cada plato, pero lo mas importante para mi ha sido ¡El trabajo que le mete a cada plato! ese plato con alma e historia. Si pasas por la calle por Bellreguard, y ves el Bar, dentro tenéis la fotografía que os he puesto. Piensa que dentro de ese Edificio ¡hay mucho buen rollo, mucha magia y como digo mucho amor en lo que se hace! Salva no es de hacerse muchas fotografías con nadie no le gusta. Comida muy elaborada!!! Se nota que hay mucho trabajo detras de cada plato aunque para mi gusto el dia que fui no me gusto mucho!! Pero porque se dio la casualidad de que algunos ingredientes no son de mi agrado como las anchoas o el atun y el cilantro. Pero creo que volvere a darle otra oportunidad!! Los dueños muy amables y agradables!!

Me prohibio el pan Salva pero al final se lo agradeci pues la comida fue excelente con platos y sabores unicos . Simplemente nos encanto y volveremos por supuesto .
