Camicakes Cupcakes

There the best cupcakes in Atlanta period but they are hit or miss with Cupcakes being fresh and constantly have poor customer service. I called to place a pick up order. The associate says, Can you call back in 10 minutes, because we are busy This is why BLACK businesses get a bad rap and don't last. I tried....I've given them multiple chances but no more. I don't like Piece of Cake or Cupcakery more but I'm moving on from CamiCakes foreva.

I went to Cami Cakes on 10/7/21 after a long time. I ordered cake slices, including red velvet and key lime, but I was disappointed to find that the quality was not as good as I remembered. The red velvet tasted like it came from a box and the key lime had a strange flavor. I hope to give them another try in the future and hopefully the experience will be better.

During my visit to Atlanta, I stopped by Lenox Mall and got some cupcakes. The quality of the cupcakes was excellent, although there was too much frosting for my taste. Unfortunately, they also gave me two wrong cupcakes, which was disappointing. I would still consider returning, but I will make sure to double check my order next time.

Ordered 5 cupcakes and they looked very pretty. When I tasted the cupcakes it seemed like they were old not moist. The frosting wasn't good either. The two stars are for the appearance that's it. Maybe better luck next time.

The young lady at the counter in the Lenox mall location with faux dreads is not very friendly and seems to be bothered when you order too many. Cami I like your cupcakes but get your customer service is order.

The cake tasted like playdoh. Very mushy and not very flavorful. The service was poor. They messed up my order of a full cake and cupcakes so I only got the cake as the manager refused to redo the order.

the customer service has gone great to get something for sis in the law birthday and a young man helped me and he was so knowledgeable and excellent! I love this place. will be back several times.

the cupcakes are super moist and delicious! the staff near the campsite are helpful and friendly. came yesterday after work and I will definitely be back!

These are the best cupcakes I have ever had. They are beautiful and moist, and the frosting is sweet without being overpowering. I highly recommend them.

We just had the best service. Packaging was nice, neat and clean. Their customer service was very good. Their store was very clean. We will be back.
