Campanile Livry-Gargan Restaurant

I really try to avoid giving very poor reviews, but this one is justified. We were only here for one evening for work but had to leave before we spent the evening here and book a hotel last minute. The area is very rough. The staff are extremely unhelpful. I asked the receptionist what she thought the place was like and she said delapitated. Each floor had an individual smell; fish, smoke, off food. The rooms were extremely old fashioned and needed up dating. All smelt of smoke. There was no hot water and the shower didn’t work so had to wash under a tap. The receptionist understood our request for a refund and passed us to their manager who was extremely reluctant to process our refund and made me write a letter to him explaining how poor the whole place was. Letter attached for reference. Good points were: free WiFi and secure parking. The restaurant wasn’t bad

I justed needed somewhere to spend one night. The staff was great, especially the lady that prepared the room. The room was better than the front desk describe. I was thankful because it was the last room. However this is where the story changes. it's three am in the morning. I can't sleep because of the bedbugs. I have three bites and I have killed two bugs One was on my body and the other one was running around on the bed. This is my first experience with bedbugs. It is one I will never forget.

Je suis entré après avoir déposé ma voiture pour un changement d'huile Cet endroit a un grand propriétaire sympathique, beaucoup de charme de petite entreprise.

Je pense qu'il s'appelle maintenant Kim's Riverside Cafe, mais ce fut néanmoins une très belle expérience pour ma femme et moi.

Le meilleur burger que j'ai eu depuis longtemps !!!! Le personnel ici est aussi super et sympathique.
