Bungalows on top of each other, extreme and disturbing proximity, too few flowered hedges which would have created privacy, instead the spaces between the bungalows also become alleys. On arrival the bungalow was not ready, it was given to us 2 hours late, not a cool start to the holiday. We questioned the staff about this and they told us that it wasn 't pleasant for them either. I sent an email to management asking that they not count us for the cleaning on exit, they said they would like us to meet to discuss it, I gave a date they gave no further sign of life. Large, inexpensive silicone seal to repair the shower, slide junctions, footbath water drains. In short, I do not recommend this...
Campsite located far from all amenities, information to take into account. When we arrived, the welcome was cold and haughty. Our TOP Presta 8-person mobile home was very clean when we arrived. It was in fairly good condition, just lacking shelves and storage. The campsite is very beautiful, large and really well maintained. Housekeeping staff are polite, friendly and responsive. Security agents patrol at night to maintain calm. The water park is magnificent. Just be careful of the Tsunami slide, it cracks swimsuits and leaves a nice bruise. The evenings organized outside of campsite staff are not bad, especially the silent party and the blind test! As always, the prices at the bar are a bit...
For 13 years we have been bringing our grandchildren to Capfun. This year, big disappointment, in the other campsites Carabouille, Clapou etc... are much more present for the little ones. Teenagers very disappointed, we only communicate via WhatsApp, a Tiktok animation!!! It's scandalous. The swimming pool, spacious, however, the lifeguards not professional at all, racist remarks towards Dutch, Germans and even small children of color... unacceptable!!!! Hard Rock at 4 p.m. at the pool!! Really very family-friendly....like a campsite. At a party where children are present, 2 well-soaked vacationers start to brandish an obscene banner with pigs, no one intervenes. Capfun is no longer what it...
Arriving 1 day late our mobile home was not available, in fact after our installation, no mattresses for the children, the floor to be reviewed in terms of cleanliness, the kitchen utensils just limited to the number of people ex; 5 spoons coffee when there were 5 of us, no strainer, no carafe,..... microwave oven out of order... concerning the aquatic area the hygiene of the sanitary facilities is deplorable, no toilet paper or washing gel for the hands..I will not return to this campsite ️ Réservez une table maintenant
Very noisy campsite until 3am. The supervisors prefer to stay on a bench watching children who do nothing but pass through the streets at night. I have never seen such disgusting toilets. The swimming pool is overcrowded, impossible to swim. In the years that I have been going in capfun, I have never been as disappointed as in this one. It's a shame for the price Service: 1
Adeptes de capfun depuis plusieurs années, nous avons passé un agréable séjour au camping des fumades cette année. Un complexe aquatique au top, très propre, des transats ou chaises toujours disponibles, super toboggans! Mais attention aux guêpes !!! Des animations toutes la journée pour petits et grands. Pas de bruit la nuit. Je recommande à 100%. Rooms: 5
Good campsite. Not too big. Great pool area with slides. Many playgrounds on the grounds and a skater park. Now the activities at the Kids Club were not so interesting both for my 8 year old son and for my 4 year old daughter. They didn't like that. The Laser Game found them super as well as the Mario games. Otherwise everything was good. Rooms: 5
