We absolutely do not recommend this establishment. Thinking of spending a “quiet” family weekend, we quickly became disillusioned. From the first night it was impossible for us to sleep because there was so much noise, in a campsite this is understandable but when it comes to people who are completely drunk or screaming while having wild parties, when it comes to of a family campsite, I have a lot of difficulty understanding the concept. The accommodation is so poorly insulated that my child was neither able to sleep at night nor take a nap the next day, because again, screaming all the time, music and parties. But the best part was the second night, when from 9:30 p.m. to 5:50 a.m. the nois...
NO MORE CAPFUN FOR US, NEVER!!! Because we read reviews on Google about dangerous bacteria in the swimming pool, and therefore the swimming pool would be closed during our stay, we rebooked to another campsite. The new campsite was 500 euros cheaper, this difference would be transferred back to us by capfun, but to date (already 2 months) we have not received a cent. Whenever you call capfun, the person in charge is not there... you won't get any further with customer service. Scandalous state of affairs. This was our 1st and last time at capfun. We had the intention of visiting a campsite in the Netherlands again... but boy, what a headache this organization gives you when you have to get y...
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, avec de nombreuses activités, des châteaux gonflables, etc... Il y avait aussi le cirque Zavata ! Le personnel était chaleureux, motivé et disponible, les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés avec les activités proposées. Le mobil-home était propre et bien équipé. L'accès à la piscine n'a été possible que le dernier jour de notre séjour en raison de la présence de bactéries (le camping n'y était pour rien !!). Un geste commercial a été fait pour cela. Je trouve simplement dommage que les adultes ne puissent pas profiter des toboggans ouverts à l'extérieur, avec un poids maximum de 40 kg ; je ne pense pas que tout le monde aime les toboggans fermés.
