We loved this campsite so much we ended up returning twice and staying in total for a week until they closed on 14/10, just before our return home. It’s in a beautiful location, with lots to see and do. Very relaxing for us and our dog as the river which flows alongside the campsite is accessible via a gate, and once through he was able to be off lead. Being very shallow the river was enjoyed by swimmers and dogs alike. Tour boats and canoes were a frequent sight. Then just next to the site are fields which stretch to the next village, within walking distance, and away from the road, so again the dog could be off lead. Toutes les installations étaient impeccablement propres et en excellent état. Les douches étaient très chaudes et avec une bonne pression. L'accès était facile et l'accueil très convivial. Le seul inconvénient pour nous était que les matins étaient très humides et, comme les emplacements étaient très secs, nos chiens devaient être lavés chaque matin car ils devenaient sales. Cela dit, les propriétaires ne peuvent pas grand-chose à part rendre les emplacements en gravier. Peut-être qu'une douche pour chiens serait une bonne idée si c'est possible. Comme mentionné, c'est un excellent site avec de nombreux lieux d'intérêt à visiter à proximité. Le bar et le restaurant étaient également très bie...
Propriétaire sympathique, emplacements très grands et magnifiques. Très bruyant, beaucoup de personnes ne pensent pas aux autres campeurs et lavent encore la vaisselle après minuit ou prennent une douche. De plus, vous pouvez arriver au camping jour et nuit, sans barrières, ce que je trouve personnellement irritant. En revanche, c'est un beau camping bien situé avec de bonnes installations sanitaires. Nice site, clean sanitaires, can get busy, easy access. Cold and wet in the mornings in October but very hot by midday. We'll worth a visit, not far from Sarlat.
