For an arrival without reservation, my colleague and I were very well received. Coming to hike in Auvergne we stayed one night in this campsite but the evening was not without mishaps. Indeed, having misunderstood the instructions of the owner, we ventured in a (converted) truck to the grass pitches, which were obviously greasy after 2 weeks of storm. Fatally, impossible to get out of it... Antoine (the son of the owner of the place) kindly came to help us get out of the mud with his tractor. After this incident we were very well received in the bar (not without some well-deserved mockery from the locals) in a warm atmosphere. We highly recommend this campsite and if we come back to the area...
We had booked 1 night at this campsite for 1 stage of our trip to Auvergne in bike-camping mode. A fall forced us to give up the rest of the trip and we had to wait 3 days at the campsite before being able to be repatriated home. The whole campsite team was remarkable, a family welcome with the concern to bring us help and comfort. A big thank-you !!!! Rooms: 5
Accueil très chaleureux, personnes très sympathiques, délicieuse bière fraîche au bar, baguette fraîche le matin. Installations sanitaires propres et correctes. Very good experience with this campsite. We stayed here for 2 nights. Very friendly and helpful people. Authentic French campsite.
