There are a lot of places to eat in Schladming but this is a cut above the rest. They offer a variety of interesting dishes, all served in a modern and interesting way. We had Salmon served on a Himalayan salt block. They have recently renovated and it is really worth a visit.

Stayed at the hotel on b&b basis but found ourselves eating at the hotel most nights given the good quality food and friendly service restaurant constantly full so HB well worth considering. Great to see regional dishes and excellent Austrian wines!

Chateaubriand - für 2 Personen - war butterweich, Beilagen (Maiskolben, Gemüse, Potatoe wedges) sehr schmackhaft. Schöne Weinkarte zu angemessenen Preisen. Nachspeise hervorragend

Waren bei den Steak & Ribstagen...Service top!Auswahl in der Speisekarte groß.Große Portionen.Besonders herausragend sind die Desserts, einfach gewaltig.Wir werden wieder kommen!

Well worth their dinner even8ng, food was good , service excellent and facilities we of highest quality, i woukd highly recommend. Will visit once more before my ski trip ends
