We went to this site following the recommendations of the rest of our experiences. And the truth is we were waiting for more. have a menu of salads, tapas and suggestions of the day. the hummo and the falafel were a bit of its original flavor, the salad was very complete and well prepared and the best shrimp. the treatment of the correct and attentive waiters. and price well, one per person. I attach the photos of the letter, the dishes and the account.
It seems a very interesting novelty to me that is completely removed from the restoration of the island, with personalized attention, excellent food, and in a corner of ibiza, recovered in the most beautiful part near the wall, as well as this old place with more years of history. I think we should give credit to people with that spirit of recovering traditions.
After more years visiting the island I see for the first time that someone has the necessary sensitivity to recover a place of all life that had been closed during the last years (can michelito or catalina.) congratulations to the new entrepreneurs for the fall in the decoration of the local. And for the food!
fantastic tapas restaurant, located in a privileged place of ibiza, without in bustle of the people but in the middle of everything. a very nice deal and a good meal based on tapas and suggestions. highly recommended and at an affordable price to all pockets. we will repeat safe! homemade food, tapas and cane at the foot of the derretida villa, heritage of humanity, one of the most picturesque places in the port of ibiza. can michelito is a bar with more years of history, now renovated but retaining its essence.
