Cantina 18 is great for a casual date! My wife and I went here on a date last week. The food was great, fresh, and be well presented. The atmosphere was casual and light. Their service was wonderful! The wait staff was fast and ready to serve, and the manager stopped to check in on our experience and brought us free samples of dip and mini desserts.
By Far one of the greatest finds in the Cary/Morrisville area. My husband and I decided to stop in after a movie after a recommendation from a friend. The food was excellent. Best guacamole I've ever tasted. Try the short rib tacos you won't be disappointed. They even have a small vegetarian menu to chose from! Will definitely be back.!
We've visited this restaurant several times and have thoroughly enjoyed everything we've ordered. The staff is incredibly attentive. They offer daily specials, such as $2 kids' meals and $6 margaritas on select days. Additionally, they serve complimentary nachos as soon as we're seated. The food also arrives promptly.
My husband and I have visited this restaurant twice, and we have enjoyed each experience. Brandon is an outstanding waiter, and Patrick, the General Manager, even took the time to come over to our table to personally thank us for our visit. We will definitely be returning soon! Be sure to try the goat cheese guacamole!!! The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is relaxed. There’s a retro arcade game to keep the kids entertained. The tacos were fantastic, and I really enjoyed the sweet potato in mine.
The Top shelf margarita, queso, fancy tasty tacos, and desserts were out of this world!! Really enjoyed every sip and bite. Service was excellent. We will definitely be back!!
The food was good, as always. However, the server seemed to be inexperienced. He wasn’t familiar with how one of the menu items was prepared and was slow to bring our drinks.

We had a very nice lunch, great selection of some different Mexican food and of course the regulars. Our food arrived hot and our server was very friendly and helpful.
