Canton Bistro - Réserver une table

We've been here for years and it's always consistently good. Lunch specialities are great. Lemon chicken, crispy seasoned chicken, orange chicken, Mongolian beef, petting pigs and egg drop soup are our favorites. Edit: Try the bean beef today and oh wow it was amazing. Everything was super fresh and delicious!

We need to miss something with this restaurant. We were here twice, and both times the food was not good. The sweet and sour was much too vinegary tasting and was hardly warm. My husband had the Chow fun and it was very fat. Service was very slow my soup didn't come to the last and I had to ask for it.

The best Chinese restaurant in the valley period??? and basically the best on all account food quality, texture, and seasoning? even the interior environment also provides for a relaxing vibe; a great place for a first impression??? an absolute must try before you die?
