I was in the ice cream shop on Sunday evening. I asked for two Shamrock Shakes. I noticed when I placed the order that the young workers weee not sure on how to make one. An adult explained it and then she was gone. The line was long after me and I noticed that they were confused on who was ordering the shamrock shakes. I was passed up once, meaning my shamrock shakes were given to a customer behind me. I asked the young worker not to forget about me. He did acknowledge me and once again gave away my shamrock shakes to another customer behind me. When they were finally ready to give me my order, they only handed me one shake and realized they needed to make another one. By now I am frustrate...
Literally the best ice cream out there. I always get the delicious black raspberry chip, however you can’t go wrong with any of the flavors. Ice cream is always creamy and I’m always finding ways to stop in for another. Usually a line out the door, but it always goes quick and is worth the wait. Cappanari’s employees are always friendly, helpful and have a smile on their face. They also have a cute little area outside to enjoy nature, sunset and ice cream. Definitely stop in if you’re looking for some damn good ice cream.Also if you’re moving and will miss this place (like me) they ship nationwide! Will definetly be taking advantage of that ?
This restaurant is a charming piece of history, with its interior filled with memorabilia. The ice cream here is amazing, with a variety of unique and delicious flavors to choose from. It is definitely worth a visit and has become a favorite ice cream parlor. I wish they would sell their ice cream in stores.
