Cape Fear Seafood Company Porters Neck

Very pleased with our visit to Cape Fear in Porters Neck this wveninh. We arrived at 8 PM on a Friday night were seated immediately. The sweet potato martini was strong unique. Entrées were the seared scallops on pork belly with lobster risotto it was fantastic. Also don't sleep on the shrimp grits or the crab legs. Skip the calamari, it wad rubbery we didn't enjoy it. I wish that I would have caught the name of the gentleman that served us, he was top notch. Will return in the very near future.

Cape Fear is a great beachfront restaurant with awesome service and food. Special kudos to our waiter for taking such great care of our grandson and giving him the most attentive service (he is, after all, a person too! Look forward to our next trip in that direction... we'll be back and encourage others to go as well!

Had a great lunch. Shrimp and Grits is a favorite. Hush puppies were delightful. Even my Iced Tea was good. Prices were reasonable for good seafood. Most of the time it is very good. Last time which was quite some time ago, got flounder that was rolled and stuffed with crab. Fish was raw on the inner part. Everything else I ever have had there was fabulous but since that mishap haven't been back.

Horrible food. Was great 2017-2020. Has gone down since. If you notice the year when awards stopped you can see a trend. Disappointed and won't eat here again.
