I had never had a bad experience at this restaurant until today. I placed an order and less than two minutes later, I called to make a small change. First, the phone just kept ringing until a busy signal cut in. I called again and finally got through to someone. I explained that I had just placed a pickup order and needed to know if I could change one item. The woman on the phone put me on hold while she asked someone else. They discussed it briefly for less than ten seconds, and then, without coming back to me, they left me on hold while they continued their conversation about other things. They told me that it would take a while, although there were only a few vehicles in the line, and it took longer than they told me, but my suspects were right, especially after the employees open the back door and sit around because the food I was served was lukewarm. It doesn't matter to wait a little longer for freshly prepared food, but if I have to wait a long time for cold stuff, it really upsets me.

Had a wonderful experience in this restaurant. Not only the food delicious, but the service of the workers was amazing. I wish I had one of the working names above all, but she was very nice and polite, made sure to give me utensils, and even offered me sauces, although they were busy. The soothing music that plays in the restaurant and all around has made me feel at home? 5/5 recommend?

After waiting in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes, I find out at the window that they're almost out of tarter sauce and they can't give us enough for everyone. We ate a little until we ran out of sauce and threw the rest away. They also charged extra for the sides that come with it. What we ate was good.
I don't plan on returning. Gas is too high to sit in unexpected drive thru lines at fast food restaurants. I usually cook but was on the go this particular day. Not only did I waste time and gas my food order was wrongi wasn't about to sit in a long line again to attempt to get it right again.
Tralicia, the young lady who served me, is truly a gem. She was incredibly polite, patient, and kind. My experience at this restaurant was a stark contrast to my previous visit to the store on Finley, where the service was subpar. Some individuals shouldn't even be in a customer service role.
Captain D's is my favorite restaurant! I really love their fish and tartar sauce. They also have some great savings on their meals. Plus, their fried clams are absolutely delicious! Yes!

The food is good but if you're in a hurry best pick some where else. The wait in the drive through is long, they're always short staffed.
