I've been coming to this location for years. I think Captain D's is underrated to the general public. The customer service is great. They're so nice to customers. We came today to get a 10 piece family meal and to try the new spicy fish. The spicy fish: it was not that spicy. It didn't taste as fresh as our regular batter fish. I would not order it again. Our regular fish and hush puppies were great as always! We love their hush puppies. I think they're the best and go so well with tarter sauce. Overall I would recommend!
I had a great experience with a friendly guy at the drive-thru last night. Even just an hour before closing, he was extremely polite and eager to help with our order for the entire family. Everything was prepared perfectly, and he was a genuinely pleasant person. I wish I had caught his name so I could let his managers know what a great job he did, but I was so hungry that I totally forgot!
This Captain D's was outstanding! The restaurant was decorated beautifully and seemed so clean! The young man who took my order was so kind and helpful to me! I definitely want to go back to this Captain D's!
The staff members are always friendly. I believe there would be even more positive reviews if the regular customers had access to a computer. The food is consistently fresh, and it keeps me coming back.

This particular location is absolutely awesome the individuals the young ladies that take your order are kind considerate professional. The food is fresh tasty and delicious I will definitely be back.
I ordered grilled tilapia-baked potato. Tilapia was great but the baked potato looked tasted like it was weeks old. It was cold dark. Not fit to feed anyone.
I enjoyed the drive-thru it was fast and the person was friendly and pleasant. Even though my order was wrong. I still had a pleasant experience
