I ordered shrimp, fish and fries meal, but instead received a kiss meal and I can't tell what it was but the hushpuppies were burned to a crisp! Went to the front door to return the item and the dining area was locked, you had to use the drive through! Waited back in line which was a long wait. The employee said I ordered that and everyone heard what I ordered. I asked for the manager as he was extremely rude, which he said he was the manager! I got my correct order, checked it and drove away. The oder menu said on side item which I did not receive but at this point, I was done!
I ordered a 4-piece fish, but they only had three pieces available. They also didn’t have any tartar sauce or vinegar. I asked for a baked potato, but they were out of bacon and sour cream as well. Overall, the service was disappointing; it felt like they should have just closed for the day. When I mentioned my issues, the young lady behind the counter said the delivery truck hadn't arrived and added, "If you don’t like it, you don’t have to come back."
I went to the drive thru. The front door are locked. The food was disgusting. It tasted old. Like it's been sitting there for a while. . Then when somebody place a order they dropped the fish and shrimp back in the grease. The chicken tenders was hard and Cold. The france is old too. They just didn't even try. just garbage. I didn't even turn around to come get my money back. I'm not going back-and-forth with you. Close down Stop takin people's money
After two visits to a different Captain D's, my wife and I was very disappointed with the taste of the food. We decided to drive to Orangeburg and give them a try. Excellent choice ? Everything was FABULOUS ?. I told the cashier and thanked them... We will definitely be back.Parking: Orangeburg Sc

Took so long to get my food. Once i opened up the Styrofoam, you would have thought they were feeding an infant small as the fish were smh.
Tried to dine in????? Says open at 10 30am 10 4511 17 2023 standing and no one came to the door. Workers in there? No service. Arbys open.
The meal cost over $15, which felt a bit pricey. The food was good, but the price seemed a little high.
Thought the dining room was closed when we arrived. No one was inside eating.Food was hot, tasted okay.
