We went to this restaurant Saturday Jan 6th around 6:00-7:00. I ordered on the app. We walked in and heard teens working and talking. It took a few minutes for a young lady to wait on us. No one was at the front register when we walked in. We received the food. We were missing hush puppies in one meal. My husband tried to get someone's attention. It was quiet. No one was around in the kitchen or front register. So he gave up trying to get them. The fish tasted bad. It didn't taste like it normally does. I arrived at the drive-thru at 9:18 PM and was asked to hold for a few minutes. By 9:27 PM, all the lights began turning off, and the front doors were already locked. When I approached the drive-thru window, a woman in a black hoodie informed me that they didn't have enough staff to serve anyone else that night and were closing. She couldn't tell me who the manager was, so I had to shout back and ask other employees for his name, Dave Atkins. She then said she wasn't allowed to share whether he would be working the next day, Thursday. According to their website and the front doors, they are supposed to be open until 10 PM. Take-out service is slipping at the Jonesborough location. Last two visits have ended up with missing items in order. First time was missing two of the four fish pieces, tonight no hushpuppies in the order. Drive thru attendant not the normal friendly spirit as in the past visits. With prices of everything on the rise, it would be nice to at least get your full order.
What a joke. I ordered kids 2 chicken tenders w/broccoli but got 1 fish and corn on the cob. I had to go back 2 times before they got it right. Took my sister two times of asking for crunches b4 she got them. The 2nd time she went up to ask for them the girl rolled her eyes and when she brought them she set them on the table beside us. WILL NEVER GO BACK

Jonesborough TN. is the best. Fish, macaroni, slaw and green beans are delicious. Eat there every Sunday on the way to our son's.
We waited over 40 minutes in the drive-thru. Even if they were short-staffed, that is simply unacceptable.
The food was greasy and lacked flavor, even after adding vinegar. I ended up having to throw it out.
Wage fraud, they dont pay their employees their full promised wages while working
