Captain D's Seafood Kitchen

I did not get ketchup I did not get hot sauce. I did not get tartar sauce. I did however get a fish sandwich and french fries but the majority of people I know usually have ketchup with their french fries and tartar sauce with their fish. I didn’t think I would have to ask but I did ask anyway because that’s what I’m used to doing at establishments like this. The food is not good enough to come back to this place to go through not having condiments.

The food was good but the service is disrespectful and childish. The drive thru speaker is messed up so we had to speak and repeat our order. So the employees were yelling and laughing on the speaker at us. Won't come back at this time of day. No one was wearing a hair net or gloves, the girls were playing with each other hair and mixing up our orders.

I visited this restaurant during lunchtime on a Wednesday with the intention of leaving a positive review for the employee who served me at the drive-thru. He was exceptional. I believe he should be commended for his exceptional friendliness and kindness. It's rare to come across such excellent customer service, but he exceeded expectations. Thank you.

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly respectful and attentive. My mother and I visited the establishment in the neighborhood about three weeks ago and we have already formed a great rapport with a particular lady. Please convey to the staff that we thoroughly enjoy the lobster rolls they serve.

The drive thru speaker is out. They were out of medium cups and sweet tea. Our coleslaw was room temp. The coleslaw was very concerning to me considering that hot coleslaw is how you get food poisoning. I was not impressed with this place.

The fish, fries and in-law were very good. The floor in the dining area was so greasy that you can almost skate. Even worse, the air conditioning did not work on a 100 degree day in July. I'm sorry the ladies work in this heat.

We are done with place. The service has gotten worse over last year, along with the food. Its sad that people are so unhappy to have a job, and will not do the bear minimum. It was one of the best D,s around. So sad.

The service at this restaurant was exceptional and one of the best I've had in a long time. The drive-thru experience was also great thanks to the new employees who provided top-notch customer service.

Some of the fried food was overcooked, especially the stuffed crab and shrimp. Condiments not readily available. No napkin dispensers. You'd think we were still in the height of the covid epidemic.

Slow service, probably understaffed. Fish was undercooked. Fries were fresh and hot. Parking lot/drive through is in a terrible state of disrepair. Good luck
