This restaurant is in a box store center on Mud Road near Paramount St. and is a lovely little find. The owner is friendly and warm, and cares about his food. Great French fries - rustic with skin on, and crisp. You get tartar sauce with the one huge Halibut fish and chips. You get seafood sauce with the six big shrimp and chips dish. There is also calamari and chicken wings. The coating on the fish is flakey and light. I had the shrimp and the coating was light and crispy Panko - very good. Restaurant has a medium size sit down area - where you can eat comfortably. Big windows and nice and bright setting.
Over the years we have seen many owners concerning this fish and chip store. This time it would appear they have it right. Hard working owners delivering really good Halibut Platter for 11.99. Two large pieces of fish and so much fries, you can't eat it all. Their home made burger and fries at 9.99 has now complicated things. Yeah, should we get fish or the burger. The burg is totally on point. The fries are good as well, you just can't wrong for a cheap meal. Well Done new owners!
Ordered the special where 2 can dine for $10.99 and there was a ton of fries but the pieces of fish were very small. Maybe other types of fish are bigger but not sure i want to take the chances or going back.
Good place for your local fix of fish and chips. New owners a year ago. Reno is bright, clean. Meal was good and hot, lots of fries. Very attentive owner, friendly atmosphere. Will be going back.

Yummy halibut! Good gravy for the chips and the atmosphere is very clean and quiet which is nice as it's a busy plaza. Fair price for halibut but they also offer haddock for cheaper.
I'm with family halibut was good. fries were good clean place would go back The place is tucked behind the mall near the gas station it's a little hard to find
Friendly owners, quality food, clean. Highly recommend for a Friday Fish Fry ! We had Family pack take-out for $60 tons of fries and lots of fish ... excellent
Good food, Great service and comparable prices. We would definitely eat there again. A nice little eat in restaurant for fish, fries and burgers.

This place is run of the mill I have had better I found the fish to be greasy so needless to say I haven't been back.
I understand this restaurant has changed hands several times over the past few years.
