Coming from Tennessee where good Tex-Mex restaurants are hard to come by, we are on a mission to find the perfect chimichanga. I ordered the chimichanga and it was definitely one of the top 5 I've ever had. The presentation was beautiful, with sour cream, pico de gallo, and avocado on top, all sprinkled with cheddar cheese. I have been coming to this restaurant for 18 years, or so I think. The manager, Juan, is always great whenever he sees me. However, the quality of the bar has declined since Jake opened his own business. Tonight, I experienced the worst service I have ever had. The owner's grandson just wanders around, not doing much. The bartender gave double the chips to couples next to us, and my wife had to wait thirty minutes for her first drink. We finally placed our order after an hour of minimal service. Stopped in to have lunch with a friend and about an hour after leaving we both got violently ill. I called the next day to speak to a manager (Amber, I believe) and told her about it not to receive anything but so they could pull whatever was contaminated. Her attitude was very nonchalant and her response was well, we haven 't gotten any other complaints sooo.... . Maybe that reaction is the exact reason? The food at Caramba is delicious, but the woman who takes online orders is terrible in terms of her customer service. She is rude and mean. I called for catering today but decided to cancel it and go to a different location instead. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in the restaurant industry. The woman should be fired. However, on a positive note, I called the 23rd Ave and Bell road location and Juan was very friendly and helpful.

Been a customer for years now and moved back recently just to see the place is still amazing. Good service, good prices, and the quality is always fresh. I usually can't stand tomatoes on anything but everything is pretty fresh here and tasty. I've brought friends and family here and everyone loves it so 10/10 as a restaurant.
My family eats here all the time and at their other locations as well. Today I dinned with my two sons ages 4 5. They ordered a cheese crisp, one fried fish taco and I had the fajita burrito add shrimp, beans and sour cream. It never disappoints! We drank iced tea and sodas and of course enjoyed their chips and salsa bar.
Best margs, patio, half price tacos on Tuesday, what more can you ask for?!? Service was great, food was delicious. These are FULL size st tacos. My favorite was the carnitas and the el pastor, my husband's was carne asada. What can I say, they are all delicious!
Ordered 8 tacos to go for Taco Tuesday at 6661 W. Belk. Usually love Carrambas but beef in tacos today (February 27) was very dry and a little tough guess I'll skip Taco Tuesdays!

The food here was terrible. The lady taking orders at the front kept giving my elderly father mean looks and was not very patient with him while ordering.
Great food and MARGARITAS!!! Restaurant was very clean. Personnel were very courteous.
