Carbone - Réservation de table

Finally tried Carbone and was extremely disappointed with the service. Such a shame because the food was delicious. The service just kinda ruined the experience. Busboy was great, but our server was snooty and messed up by making a couple of odd assumptions. He recommended we do family style (which we already were planning to do) but we waited 45 minutes after our Saadi we’re done, before inquiring about our second course, the pastas. He tells us he assumed we wanted everything at once since we were all “splitting “ everything. Why would you assume that?? Carbone is a dining experience. You'll want to make sure you have reservations and ensure you have about 2 hours available for dining. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is all very good but that beef carpaccio is life changing. The balance of that dish is pure perfection. I cannot stress enough that it alone is worth the price of admission and I'd order it again in a heart beat. The spicy rigatoni and veal Marsala were both great.

My friend and I managed to grab a couple of seats at the bar later in the evening. Bernie was awesome taking care of us. The food baked clams, bread, veal Parm and spicy rigatoni were absolutely the best. No rush to finish as the restaurant closed either. The staff really took care of us. A plus experience!

We were greeted with a smile and quickly seated. The waiter addressed all questions and concerns we had about the menu. He interacted well and did so with a smile. The food was amazing. I had the lamb chops, which was cooked to perfection. Overall experience was great. Réservez une table maintenant

Absolutely amazing. Italian fine dining, but not like anything we have experienced before. The sommelier was on point! And with Bonnie, the service can’t be beat. She is truly amazing, attentive, and makes for the best professional and compassionate experience

We went for dinner at it was absolutely one of the best places and meals I have had from all my trips to Vegas. I am making it a must eat place when I return and encouraging others too go! I will be replicating the spicy vodka rigatoni at home. Score 10/10!

Loved the atmosphere and the music was fabulous. The wait staff was excellent. The pasta I ordered was not good. My friend ordered the same pasta and agreed that it wasn’t good. That was the only disappointment.

It is always a pleasure to dine at Carbone. Felicia is awesome at accommodating our reservations and on this occasion Jimmy our captain was phenomenal. Réservez une table maintenant
