Carbonia Trattoria Pizzeria Gelateria

We had a very pleasant surprise, eating at this place. Very friendly, Italian-speaking (and many other languages , giving an authentic feeling about the place. The choice on the menu is broad, with many different pastas and pizza’s but also secondo piatti: meat, fish and vegetarian choice. They even had a pizza with Nutella (which we didn’t try… . The kids thoroughly enjoyed the large, but thin crusted pizza’s. I had the seasonal pasta with truffles sauce. This was well done, although the sauce was perhaps a bit too much expressive. Given the place also sells Italian gelato, taking ice cream for dessert is certainly advised!

Ich esse hier vor allem Coupes. In der Region ist das Carbonia mehr als bekannt für die riesige Auswahl an Eissorten und immer frischen Zutaten! Ich liebe das Joghurt Coupe mit frischen Früchten, der absolute Hammer. Portionen sind eher sehr gross, auch bei den Pizzen. Also entweder Hauptgang oder Dessert ;

In this new restaurant (2017), you will really be transported in Italy. The pizza are generous and awesome, and the service is really incredibly good. We tried many good pizzeria in Sierre but this one is certainly the best ! A must !

DIe Pizzen sind riesig und der Preis ist mehr als in Ordnung. Auch die Auswahl ist gut, egal ob bei den Pizzen oder bei anderen Speisen. Die Wartezeit war sehr kurz, obwohl das Restaurant gut ausgelastet war. Réservez une table maintenant
