I live in the neighborhood and have repeatedly tried this place, but the service is extremely poor. I have experience in customer service myself and understand that it can be tough, but I had to initiate the interaction completely. There was not a single friendly moment, and it felt like I was an intrusion in the store, despite being the only customer present. Additionally, considering the $6 price of the latte, it would have been appreciated if the cup was filled and heated properly. I recommend supporting businesses that prioritize customer care.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible, especially with one particular girl. On one occasion, she threw the interac machine, and on another day, she sighed when I asked for a latte.

Had an excellent cappuccino here after buying a new roast to try out (Cantook Halo Beriti) which has been equally as enjoyable to make at home. The barista was entirely lovely patient with me!

3 stars , for no other reason other than I personally am not a fan of single origin espresso . When paired with steamed milk it makes the milk taste sour . Otherwise this is a 5star cafe .

Best coffee in the neighborhood, absolutely delicious lattes and the baristas are very friendly courteous. Small but pleasant, unpretentious space to work.

Enjoyed a nice iced cappuccino with oat milk here on a warm summer day. really friendly and cute spot. Coffee tasted smooth and yummy. Would revisit!

over 7 dollars for a medium iced latte with regular milk with regular taste. what am i paying for? the self fulfilling idea of inflation?

The coffee was excellent and the atmosphere was calm and cozy. The banana bread was delicious as well.
