Carelli's - Réservation de table

Everything I have ever eaten at Carelli's is mouth watering. I find myself savoring every sauce, mussel, eggplant parm and I am still amazed how juicy the hamburgers are...even through I have had many over the years I still can say they are the best in Boulder. On my last visit I had the pleasure of enjoying some of the amazing cheeses and olive selections....along with a glass of Champaign and good friends...what more could anyone ask for from a chef, owner, wait staff or community 5 star restaurant? Ok, don't get me started on the amazing desserts!!!! See you there soon!

This restaurant is undoubtedly one of the best in Boulder, which is quite an accomplishment considering the many fantastic dining options in the area. It easily stands out as the top bar in town and is among my all-time favorites; the light fixture is simply stunning! With its romantic atmosphere, exceptional drinks, and delicious food, it's the perfect place for a date without stretching your budget. Additionally, the service is remarkable. The staff is polite, friendly, and extremely well-trained.

My family and I celebrated my husband's birthday at this restaurant, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptionally courteous, and our waitress was truly delightful. She played a big role in making my husband's birthday one of our best celebrations yet. They even surprised him with a slice of birthday cake! On behalf of my family, I want to express our heartfelt gratitude for everything. Thank you to the entire team for making his birthday surprise such a success and so enjoyable!

Love the mussels, home made fruit wine, and friendly service. They know sooo many folk and make you feel at home. And the bartenders, wait staff, so friendly. Great place for dinner, drink or both! Enjoy!

We eat here often and live down the street so it's a walk from our house. The food is yummy. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Chris at the bar is the best!! Highly recommend

Our go to restaurant for family celebrations. They out did themselves again last night. Our waitress Jessica was outstanding and the food was delicious.
