We ordered wings, which were the only thing we enjoyed. The fish batter had no seasoning, and the fried tilapia was bland. My mom's flounder was just as tasteless. The fries, macaroni and cheese, and green beans were all unseasoned, and the potato salad was excessively sweet. The biggest disappointment for me was the hushpuppies, which are usually one of our favorites. Our waitress was inattentive and had no personality, which reflected the food's lack of flavor. When I complained about the taste of the hush puppies, she looked at me as if she was surprised. I then asked to speak with the manager, a woman who also lacked any warmth. She offered to remove one of the hush puppies I had paid...

So my girlfriend and I visited this location the other day, and ive just been waiting to get my refund from our meal at this location we had been charged double on our original ticket, 4 piece chicken fingers and a kids chicken fingers, 2 drinks and we only got one and a water, and half our wings were super pink and raw. And then when we had the manager try to help us resolve the ticket, he charged us an additional $29.90 on a second charge, over the $40.58 of the original ticket. She discarded the itemized receipt super fast so we couldnt see what was on it, and my girlfriend had to have them reprint it, because it was super unusual to have a $40+ ticket, from items on the menu that did not...

Rain, sleet, or snow...Carey Hillards on the go. When all doors are closed, these doors will be open, atleast for a little while. Don't know if it was the storm, but all and I mean all of the employees were outstanding. Called in my order, arrived shortly after. Paid and watched the ladies move in the kitchen. Everyone working like a well oiled machine. Each at their station smiling and pumping out orders. Drive thru still going as if the sun was shining. Come on y'all. Just had the worst experience out of any Carey Hilliard's in Savannah in all of my 36 years of living and dining here. We did get our drinks and our order taken promptly, but I feel those are the only two positives about our visit. After having my plate roughly ten minutes, with no sign of my husband's meal, or our server, I went to the counter to ask about both his missing meal, and our silverware we never received. At that point our server reappears and the manager informed her my husband's food had been sitting at least 5 minutes. Of course, by that time, his food was cold. We never got refills. I've eaten at this location for over 30 years ,my other half decided to surprise me with a seafood platter for dinner ,went to curb ordered it ,well it was the worst seafood platter we've ever had but said it came very quickbut the oysters looked like something you would throw away it was like cooked flour but did have small pieces of oyster ,the shrimp were rubber and thanks for all the butter and sour cream but where did the baked potato go because it wasn't there ,very disappointed you can't spurge like we use to and hate wasting that much money on food you can't eat check your food before you leave so your not disappointed at home

We are from out of town and spent the weekend at the beach. We came in for dinner Saturday night with 4 adults and 2 kids. The service we received from Ashley was impeccable!!! And the food was even better! Everyone at the table was happy with our food and we all left full! The prices are amazing and the portions are huge!!! The restaurant was really slow and Ashley was always close by. She earned every dollar of the tip we left her. We will definitely be back next time we visit!!

My wife and I decided it was too late to go home and cook so we went to Carey Hilliards. I think the hostess could been a little more friendly and at least smile, however, our server Adriana made up for it with her genuine smile and welcoming spirit. That translated in to us having a wonderful meal. My wife enjoyed her steak and I enjoyed my flounder scallops and oysters. Adriana's service was 5 star. We will return!

I consistently ask for my wings to be fried hard every time I visit this location, but they never come out that way. It's frustrating because it's only this particular restaurant where I experience this issue. I usually call back to let them know, but since I'm on a tight lunch break, I can't return in person. I'm really tired of this situation! They need to improve! Réservez une table maintenant

Restroom nasty, salad soggy, service poor. Remind me why I don’t eat at Carey Hilliards and won’t ever again.
